A + E // Yorkshire // Intimate wedding

I’ve been lucky enough to be friends with Emily and Ant for a few years now through the climbing community. I was really honoured when they asked me to photograph their wedding as I know getting their photos taken was not something they particularly loved having done. I travelled down to Yorkshire the night before the wedding and captured some of the venue photos as they had set up early which made the next day so relaxed. In the morning I did a quick location scout before I joined the bridal party around lunchtime where we had a very calm time getting ready before we headed down to the town hall for the ceremony. Emily and Ant weren’t too bothered with getting many couples photos so we stuck around near the town hall before driving down to the brewery they had hired out. The rest of the evening was so fun as they created a pub quiz and it was such a welcoming environment.
